Role Overview
As an Clinical Supply Associate, you support the global planning team in achieving a 99.9% patient dosing target. You play a key operational role throughout the lifecycle of clinical trials, ensuring inventory availability, execution of supply activities, and data accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert purchase orders to global labelling sites and follow up on Quality release and shipments
- Initiate and coordinate product destruction activities
- Run global reports that trigger actions for Global Study Planners
- Generate and report key metrics to management
- Support labelling activities for hospital sites to meet regulatory requirements
- Reverse material set-ups and ensure system data integrity
Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level (supply chain, logistics, life sciences preferred)
- Experience in a regulated (GxP / pharmaceutical / clinical) environment
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Experience with inventory management and reporting
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in clinical trials supply chain
- Knowledge of ERP / planning systems (SAP or similar)
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Understanding of IMP labelling and distribution
