Job Description
As an experienced Quality System Coordinator you will join the global
Quality Management System (QMS) team. In this role, you will support the maintenance and effectiveness of the company’s central quality management system, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and facilitating internal audits.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s document management system (Tenforce), tracking document revision needs and executing updates when necessary.
• Coordinate the internal audit schedule, ensuring audits are completed, reports submitted, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) entered into the system with quality.
• Follow up on overdue CAPAs to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in the Certification Desk team, responding efficiently to questions related to certification and quality standards.
• Support the central training program (EduQuate) to ensure quality awareness across teams.

• 4+ years of experience in quality management, preferably within the food industry.
• Proven ability to set up and maintain a quality management system.
• Familiarity with online Document Management Systems (DMS) and CAPA systems.
• Knowledge of GFSI standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Data-driven, adaptable, flexible, and proactive.
• Fluent in English.
