Our client is seeking a skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead demand excellence within the Fighting Unit. In this key role, you will oversee the full demand planning cycle, strengthen the S&OP process, and work closely with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure accurate, aligned forecasts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the demand strategy to support continuous improvement and long?term planning across the unit.
- Supervise and consolidate demand plans, prepare demand reviews, and act as the main point of contact for commercial stakeholders.
- Monitor and challenge demand plan quality, drive forecast accuracy improvements, and manage scenario planning for S&OP.
- Lead or participate in cross?functional projects related to customer supply chain, NPI/NPD, and process improvements.
- Manage and develop the demand planning team, ensuring optimal organization, performance, and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 7 years of demand planning or relevant supply chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting principles, S&OP, and ERP systems (preferably SAP, APO, BW, MicroStrategy).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment.
