As a Production Technician, you will work within the ABR manufacturing department. You will support multiple production lines - fully automated, semi?automated, or manual - while ensuring consistent performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Running a production line according to operating procedures
- Working together and communicating with other operators and the Line Lead to deliver defined goals
- Looking for improvements and efficiencies within working processes
- Taking care of escalation when necessary
- Taking ownership for all tasks and results
- Taking an active part in shift handover processes
- Ensuring all mandatory training is completed within required deadlines
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP)
- Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience working with colleagues from various cultures and backgrounds
- Understanding of what Continuous Improvement means in own role
- General MBO (level 2) education
- MBO?level English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
