Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Project Manager to lead key initiatives that support our client's carbon reduction goals. The successful candidate will oversee strategic projects, foster international partnerships, and ensure the effective implementation of sustainability solutions across multiple operational units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement carbon reduction strategies.
- Lead and deliver sustainability projects for clients.
- Build international retail partnerships.
- Coordinate multi-OpCo initiatives and ensure team alignment.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Communicate sustainability topics clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sustainability within retail/FMCG.
- Strong stakeholder management and international relationship skills.
- Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.
- Practical, relationship-focused, and multicultural mindset.
- Experience with food industry or commercial sustainability is a plus.
