Role Overview
As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, you will work hands-on in pharmaceutical production, operating manual and automated production lines while following GMP and standard work procedures. You will be part of a flexible shift team contributing to safe, high-quality manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production lines according to SOPs and GMP standards
- Collaborate with operators and line leads to meet daily targets
- Participate in shift handovers and escalation when required
- Ensure accurate documentation and training compliance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Take ownership of safety, quality, and performance
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work in 2-shift (or 3-shift) schedules
- Basic understanding of GMP / standard work
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and reliable
- Pharma or cleanroom experience
- Experience with automated production lines
- MBO level 2 background
