Role Description
This global position within the eCommerce team focuses on managing the eCommerce content hub and supporting performance marketing efforts across major online retail platforms worldwide. The role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class content for pure-play retailers—particularly Amazon—while collaborating with global and local teams to drive affiliate and performance marketing initiatives that accelerate online growth.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the central owner of the global eCommerce content hub, overseeing the creation, optimization, and deployment of content assets across markets.
- Developing and refining high-quality content for pure-play retailers, with a strong emphasis on Amazon and other key marketplaces.
- Continuously optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), including titles, descriptions, bullet points, enhanced content, imagery, videos, and retailer-specific assets such as banners and brand stores.
- Ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines while being tailored for retailer algorithms, shopper behavior, and local market needs.
- Defining processes, best practices, and performance metrics to enhance content effectiveness.
- Managing relationships with agencies and content partners involved in eCommerce content creation.
- Providing clear briefs, overseeing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and retailer requirements.
- Handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, maintaining alignment on priorities and deadlines.
- Incorporating performance insights and feedback into briefs and content updates for continuous improvement.
- Assisting the global eCommerce marketing manager and regional teams in executing performance marketing initiatives, particularly affiliate programs.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of marketing assets, including affiliate creatives, promotional content, and landing pages.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong creative judgment, balancing design quality with commercial and performance objectives.
- Familiarity with pure-play online retailers, especially Amazon (including PDP optimization, A+ content, and brand stores); a strong interest in eCommerce is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global and local teams.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
