Role Overview
As Logistics Process Owner, you will own and improve raw material replenishment processes from central warehouse to production cleanrooms. You act as the process authority, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics and material flow processes to identify inefficiencies
- Design, own, and improve Kanban and supermarket replenishment systems
- Develop and maintain SOPs in line with GMP requirements
- Define and monitor logistics KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, QA, and global planning teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in logistics / supply chain process improvement
- Hands-on understanding of distribution & material flow
- Kanban system design and ownership experience
- Experience in regulated (GMP / pharma / biotech) environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
- SAP and Excel proficiency
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Dutch language skills
- Experience in cleanroom logistics
