Role Description
We are seeking a Logistics Process Specialist to oversee and improve logistics related to raw material supply at a biotherapeutics manufacturing site. The role involves analyzing workflows, designing efficient processes, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth replenishment from the warehouse to production areas.

Responsibilities

- Analyze current logistics workflows to identify inefficiencies and risks.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure compliant distribution processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to implement process improvements.
- Design lean logistics strategies, including Kanban systems and material flow management.
- Track and report key logistics KPIs to support continuous process improvements.
- Manage raw material replenishment processes for production clean rooms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, process improvement, or supply chain roles, preferably within pharma or biotech industries.
- Strong understanding of distribution workflows, lean practices, and Kanban systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
