Role Overview
As Clinical Operations Supply Planner, you are responsible for end-to-end demand and supply planning of clinical trial materials for global studies. You ensure uninterrupted supply while balancing inventory risk, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute demand & supply planning for multiple global clinical studies
- Ensure supply readiness from study start through closure
- Manage packaging and labeling orders based on forecasted demand
- Balance inventory levels against expiry and scrap risk
- Resolve supply chain and logistical issues impacting study timelines
- Collaborate with global study managers and cross-functional teams
- Use SAP and forecasting systems for daily planning activities
- Identify and escalate risks impacting clinical supplies
- Contribute to process improvements and GMP-compliant procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning (pharma preferred)
- Experience with clinical or regulated supply environments
- Fluency in English
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in clinical trial supply chains
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines (GMP/GDP)
