Role Description
As a Global Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in the Result Delivery Office (RDO). You will drive the integration of two savings-tracking systems, analyze performance data, manage senior-level communications, and support strategic decision-making. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with exposure to the Executive Team and CEO. You will operate both strategically and operationally, collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- System Integration & Product Ownership
- Lead end-to-end integration of two savings-tracking systems into a unified platform
- Define and execute the system roadmap, focusing on data integrity, financial workflows, and Power BI integration
- Act as the primary liaison with IT and technical teams to drive enhancements
- Ensure scalability and alignment with future business needs
- Manage system access, user training, and change management activities
- Executive Communication & Analysis
- Prepare written and numerical reports for the Supervisory Board, executive Team, and Global Supply Chain Leadership
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in project management, transformation, or product ownership
- Background in FMCG, food industry, or consultancy is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of digital systems, IT integrations, and data flows
- Power BI and Microsoft tools experience is mandatory
- Experience with ERP systems, financial tracking, or system migrations is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
