Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manger to manage and optimize supply chain activities in the Netherlands, ensuring efficient delivery and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supply chain functions like procurement, logistics, and warehousing in the Netherlands.
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and develop supply chain strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to meet business needs.
- Monitor KPIs, identify issues, and drive improvements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead projects on digital transformation and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, ideally in food or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Data-driven with good problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of supply chain tools and systems.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel 5-10%.
