Job Description
The Supply Chain Project Lead will be responsible for managing a critical part of a large-scale, strategic supply chain transformation program. This role involves leading the integration of key savings tracking systems, providing strategic insights to senior leaders, and ensuring seamless execution of complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end integration of two savings tracking systems into a unified platform to support the transformation initiative.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for system optimization, including user adoption, data accuracy, and integration with tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with IT teams and technical experts to address complex system challenges and implement improvements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, including the CEO and global supply chain executives, translating complex data into clear insights.
- Conduct thorough performance analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trends within the transformation metrics.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Provide operational support to leadership on urgent matters, handling dynamic requests ranging from meeting logistics to strategic analyses.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings ensuring alignment and progress across teams.
- Support change management activities, including user training and system support to ensure smooth adoption.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in project management, digital product ownership, or transformation roles within international organizations, preferably in FMCG or consulting.
- Strong digital skills, with experience in Power BI, data integration, and Microsoft tools.
- Proven experience with system integrations or migrations, especially involving financial or ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
- Ability to juggle strategic and operational tasks, working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
