Their Breda site handles labeling, assembly, storage, and distribution of medicines to various international markets.

About the Role:
As a Process Improvement Engineer within the Operations Excellence team, you will drive performance optimization across labeling and packaging lines in Breda. You will analyze process data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities on the shop floor and in supporting processes. Working cross-functionally, you will lead and support business cases for process optimization, new production lines, and capacity expansions.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze labeling and packaging line performance to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop and optimize data collection, analysis, and visualization to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases for process optimization, new production lines, and capacity expansion.
- Support and guide shop floor leaders and stakeholders by implementing improvements, ensuring GMP compliance, and providing training where needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Performance Improvement within a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, such as GMP/GDP-compliant operations.
- High level of digital and data analytics proficiency, with the ability to use multiple analytical tools and communicate insights fluently in English.
