ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Product Manager - Design & Development to join their Center of Excellence team within the Early Life Nutrition category. This role focuses on driving efficiencies, supporting digitalization initiatives, and contributing to a major transformation project aimed at harmonizing ingredient and recipe specifications across global operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and cross-check data across multiple systems (legacy PLM, new PLM, formulation tools, dashboards).
- Upgrade recipe data by ensuring quality and completeness.
- Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
- Represent category needs within the global transformation program team.
- Collaborate with an international, dynamic team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food technology or product development.
- Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical or Food Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong data skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of PLM tools and data flows between systems (e.g., SAP, Artemis, dashboards).
