ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an Account Specialist to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing operational processes, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality service to customers, handling requests promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and long-term value.
• Act as the primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
• Maintain accurate Customer Master Data in SAP in collaboration with the Master Data team.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and build an effective network to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; strong IT capabilities.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); an additional language from the region is preferred.
