About the Role
As a QC Microbiology Technician you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of microbiological testing for vaccines, pharmaceutical products, and raw materials. Working within a GMP-controlled environment, the role focuses on accurate execution of tests, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform, report, and verify QC tests according to standard procedures.
- Identify and report deviations (OOS) and trends in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Execute various microbiological tests and techniques (e.g., sterility, bioburden, environmental monitoring, aseptic techniques).
- Enter test results, perform data analysis/trending, and review findings.
- Participate in and lead improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
- Update or create work instructions (WI) and SOPs.
- Work in compliance with GMP, GGO, and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Completed MBO or MLO level 4 education in microbiology.
- Strong accuracy, quality focus, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English (oral and written).
- Experience in a quality-controlled environment, preferably GMP.
- Affinity with continuous improvement processes (Lean Six Sigma).
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
