Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer Level 2 to join the technical operations team. In this role, you will support the packaging processes and oversee process transfers, equipment qualification, and process improvements within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain technological knowledge related to products, processes, equipment, and suppliers.
- Coordinate and execute studies such as investigations, root cause analyses, change controls, validations, and tech transfers.
- Lead or participate in project teams focused on process improvements, validations, or CAPEX projects.
- Prepare validation and engineering protocols, reports, project plans, risk analyses, and qualification documentation.
- Support systems like quality management (QMS), SHE, SAP, change control, and deviation management.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SHE, and other regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Supply, Engineering, and Regulatory.
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or process engineering.
- Knowledge of GMP, SHE standards, and quality systems.
- Strong problem-solving, investigation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and cross-functional projects.
