Role Overview
As Maintenance Team Lead, you will manage and develop a technical team responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and continuous improvement in a 24/5 production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach maintenance technicians and planners
- Ensure QHSE compliance
- Drive preventive maintenance and reliability improvements
- Analyze breakdown data and optimize maintenance strategies
- Report on KPIs, budgets, and performance
Requirements
- HBO-level technical education
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Dutch language proficiency
- SAP PM experience
- Food or food-packaging industry background
- Lean / TPM experience
