About the Role
As a Commercial Controller, you will act as a strategic financial partner to the Cheese Sales team, providing insights and analysis to drive commercial decisions and improve performance. This role combines financial expertise with stakeholder engagement to support long-term growth and risk management in a volatile commodity market.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to interpret financial data and guide decision-making.
- Lead month-end close activities for the assigned product group.
- Support development and execution of sales and account plans for Cheese.
- Monitor and advise on commodity price risk management, including hedging strategies.
- Prepare dashboards and insights for trade meetings.
- Deliver financial analysis for customer segmentation and performance indicators.
- Provide insights on price adherence, contract coverage, and margin development.
- Analyse actuals vs. plan across KPIs such as forecast accuracy and volume trends.
- Execute monthly Internal Control Framework activities.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in business controlling or finance.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.
- Proactive, pragmatic mindset with strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a volatile, performance-driven environment.
- English fluency required; Dutch is a plus.

Other Information
Hybrid working: 2 days office, 3 days home.
