About the Role
This position provides essential administrative and tactical support to the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR data systems, coordinating assignments with managers, and assisting with HR-related projects to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and tactical support to the HR department.
- Input and maintain accurate information in HR databases.
- Coordinate assignments with managers and administrators.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Work under moderate supervision while demonstrating strong knowledge of HR processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction.
- Previous experience in HR support or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is a must
