Role Description
 As a Senior Logistics Process Engineer, you will own and continuously improve end-to-end material and product logistics processes at a manufacturing site. Acting as a senior individual contributor and process leader, you will design, implement, and optimize inbound logistics, staging, kitting, internal transport, and distribution processes. You will partner with senior management, operations, and global teams to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient logistics processes while supporting local teams through implementation, documentation, and training.

Key Responsibilities
 - Own, introduce, and improve inbound material, staging, kitting, internal transport, and product distribution processes.
 - Ensure smooth operation of existing logistics processes, minimizing downtime while safeguarding quality and compliance.
 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost.
 - Lead process implementation, documentation, training, and acceptance testing of logistics processes and equipment.
 - Act as Subject Matter Expert for CAPAs, change control, non-conformance investigations, and product impact assessments.
 - Lead and support cross-functional projects, escalations, audits, and inspections related to logistics operations.


Requirements
 - Relevant HBO degree with at least 7 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or process engineering.
 - Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP within a regulated manufacturing environment.
 - Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
 - Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
 - High accuracy, quality mindset, flexibility, and stress resilience in dynamic environments.
 - Excellent English communication skills (C2 level) and solid proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
