Role Description
We are looking for a CQV Engineer (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) to join the Engineering team. In this role, you will support technical projects with minimal supervision and ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update validation documentation, including: System Level Criticality - Assessments, Validation, Commissioning, and Qualification Plans, Risk Assessments, Test Protocols and Traceability Matrices, Summary Reports
- Lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for technical systems.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with validation plans and SOPs.
- Support project phases including design, development, implementation, testing, and commissioning.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CQV within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with secondary packaging systems, including print and inspection systems (e.g., Systech, Cognex).
- Strong knowledge of Computerised Systems Validation.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
