Role Description
As a QA specialist, you will be part of the Quality Operations team within a structured and highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will support quality assurance activities related to batch documentation and release processes, working closely with quality colleagues, operations, and planning to ensure right-first-time delivery and GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities
 - Review batch documentation in line with cGMP requirements and internal quality standards.
 - Collaborate daily with (Senior) QA Associates and QA Release Specialists on batch review activities.
 - Align with Operational Coaches to address documentation that is not delivered right-first-time.
 - Coordinate with Planning to align on lead times and review priorities.
 - Monitor progress of the review process and align with the QA-IPT Lead on status and control.
 - Participate in and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives together with QA Improvement teams.

Requirements
 - Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing or quality environment.
 - Strong understanding of batch documentation review and quality assurance processes.
 - Ability to work accurately with high attention to detail.
 - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
 - Proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement.
 - Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
