Role description
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional to perform review and approval activities for SAP Master Data and medicinal product artwork. You will ensure QA systems are maintained, support process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Artwork, Master Data, Regulatory Affairs, and QA Management. This is a temporary maternity cover role with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve SAP Master Data activities, including critical value verification and Bill of Materials.
• Approve artwork for medicinal products.
• Author and review operational SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Support QA-related projects and investigations as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement and data integrity initiatives.
• Maintain effective working relationships across multiple departments.

• BSc degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s degree holders with relevant background are also considered.
• 1+ year of experience in QA, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related field (entry-level considered).
• Understanding of GMP, GDP, and/or GCP principles.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience with SAP and QA systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
