Role Description
As a Shipping Employee, you will support daily shipping operations within a dynamic and process-driven logistics environment. You will be responsible for packing, checking, and preparing materials for worldwide transport while ensuring compliance with GMP, SHE, and internal procedures. This role requires accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team.

Key Responsibilities
 - Pack shipments for different transportation modes.
 - Operate a forklift and use a high-lift truck to place and retrieve materials in racks.
 - Select, check, and prepare materials for shipment.
 - Perform packaging transactions in SAP.
 - Prepare air freight shipments according to regulatory standards.
 - Conduct daily maintenance on rolling stock (forklift, pallet trucks, etc.).
 - Actively participate in level 1 processes and team activities.
 - Identify and report documentation or process issues.
 - Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
 - Participate in inspections related to SHE, GMP, and compliance.

Requirements
 - MBO Level 3 or equivalent vocational education.
 - Experience in logistics or warehouse activities preferred.
 - Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written).
 - Strong communication and administrative skills.
 - Forklift certificate (advantage).
 - High-lift truck certificate (advantage).
 - Knowledge of GMP (preferred).
 - Experience with SAP and MS Office is a plus.
 - Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) required.
