Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join the Production & Operations Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the packing, shipping, and receipt of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient movement of materials in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pack products securely for various transportation modes
- Operate forklifts and high-lift trucks to load and unload materials
- Select, check, and prepare materials for shipment or receipt
- Conduct packing in SAP and coordinate air freight logistics
- Perform daily maintenance on rolling stock equipment
- Contribute to level 1 process activities, ensuring smooth operations
- Identify and report any problems with documentation or complex processes
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Assist with inspections related to SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), GMP, and other standards
- Support team members across multiple locations as needed
Requirements
- MBO Level 3 (intermediate vocational education) or equivalent
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Forklift certification is an advantage
- High-lift certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications is preferred
