About the Role:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you ensure the accuracy and compliance of primary and secondary packaging components through detailed testing and documentation. You support product quality by performing measurements, verifying texts, and interpreting results according to GMP standards. The role requires precision, consistency, and collaboration within the broader Quality Control team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tests on primary and secondary packaging components following SOPs, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct repetitive measurement activities such as weighing and checking component dimensions (e.g., pots, cartons).
- Interpret test results against established specifications and document findings accurately.
- Operate and interpret data from software systems such as SAP and text verification systems (TVS), including Braille checks.
- Evaluate and report deviations and review colleagues’ administrative work and test results for GMP correctness and completeness.
Requirements:
- Completed MBO level 2 or 3 education.
- Preferably some experience working in strict quality-controlled environments such as pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices, or hospitals (GMP experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, patience, and ability to work with high concentration.
- Good communication skills in Dutch (spoken and written) and sufficient English proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with testing equipment, repetitive tasks, and various software systems such as SAP and text verification tools.
