Role Description
As a Bioprocess Technician, you support vaccine production by performing key steps such as preparation, cell processing, filling, and documentation in a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and strict adherence to aseptic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and execution of vaccine manufacturing processes within a GMP-compliant cleanroom setting
• Handle biological materials, including cell culture preparation, infection, and harvesting of vaccine cells
• Fill vaccines into vials, perform freezing, and ensure proper storage of finished products
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment with precision, maintaining aseptic conditions throughout the process
• Follow detailed GMP procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols, documenting all actions accurately
• Assist with supporting tasks such as equipment setup, cleanroom cleaning, and process support to ensure continuous production flow
• Identify and report deviations or malfunctions, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

• MBO (Level 3 or 4) diploma or relevant HBO degree, or equivalent work experience in GMP-based production (food, pharma, biotech)
• Experience working in a GMP or aseptic (cell culture) environment is desirable
• Willingness to participate in internal training and follow strict procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-bio, fast-paced setting
• Clear communication skills in Dutch (spoken and written)
