Role Overview
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist - Warehouse, you support the full logistics flow—receiving goods, preparing shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will work in a structured GMP environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and flexible.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, pack, and ship materials for road and air freight.
- Operate forklift, EPT, and high-bay trucks to move and store materials.
- Pick and check materials against documentation with high accuracy.
- Process shipments and packaging steps in SAP and maintain records.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Follow SHE, GMP, and internal safety procedures; report deviations.
- Participate in Tier 1 meetings, inspections, and improvement projects.
- Support various warehouse tasks and work closely with the logistics team.

Requirements
- MBO Level 3 or equivalent.
- Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Forklift license preferred; high-bay certificate is a plus.
- SAP and MS Office experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments preferred.
- MLV (air freight safety) certification is a plus.
- Accurate, organized, and proactive team player.
- Valid VOG required before start.
