Job Description
Our Client is seeking a qualified Pharmaceutical Packaging and Process Engineer (Level 2) to support manufacturing operations. This role involves providing technical expertise in packaging and process development, supporting product transfers, equipment qualification, and process improvements. The engineer will work within a global team to ensure compliance with GMP and SHE standards, contribute to project activities, and support continuous process optimization.

Responsibilities
- Obtain, apply, and maintain technical knowledge related to products, processes, equipment, and suppliers.
- Plan and conduct studies, investigations, root cause analyses, technology transfers, validation activities, change implementations, and CAPEX projects.
- Lead or participate in project teams, delivering validation protocols, reports, plans, risk assessments, and qualification documentation.
- Engage in peer groups to share knowledge and improve practices within specific technical areas.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and improvement of quality management systems (QMS), SHE protocols, change control procedures, and SAP systems.
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP and SHE policies, fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate across departments such as Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Engineering to facilitate smooth project execution and process enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in packaging and process engineering.
- Knowledge of GMP, SHE standards, validation, and technical transfer processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented environment.
