About the Role
As a Material Management Specialist, you will drive dual sourcing and raw material readiness to ensure supply continuity for biologics manufacturing. You coordinate assessments, qualification, and introduction of alternative materials, working closely with technical, quality, and supply chain stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead dual sourcing projects and change control documentation
• Assess suitability of alternative materials with SMEs
• Align planning, technical teams, operations, and vendors
• Govern GMP records and ensure compliant material introduction
• Identify risks and escalate when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry
• 5–10 years’ experience in pharma/biotech
• Strong analytical, documentation & project skills
• Experience with material assessments, supplier interaction
