Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our client's team in a junior, site-based role. Here, you will assist in reviewing manufacturing and quality records, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and supporting ongoing quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities
- Review manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and quality control data in both paper and electronic formats, following guidance from senior team members.
- Identify and report deviations from approved processes and procedures.
- Assist with additional quality assurance duties as assigned by senior staff.
- Support the review of manufacturing records using computerized systems, including ERP, EBR, and LIMS, to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain quality standards and document findings accurately.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a GMP environment with a maximum of a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years of GMP experience with an associated (undergraduate) degree.
- Basic knowledge of GMPs and/or GLPs.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as ERP, EBR, or LIMS is desirable.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or bio industry is a plus.
