About the Position

As a QA Operations Review & Disposition Specialist, you will support quality assurance activities by reviewing manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will work closely with senior colleagues to identify deviations and contribute to maintaining a strong quality culture. The role follows a rotating shift pattern, combining regular daytime work with periodic irregular shifts and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Review manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and quality control data in both paper and electronic formats

  • Support in-process and finished product record reviews under guidance from senior colleagues

  • Identify and report deviations or departures from approved procedures

  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with GMP standards

  • Support investigations and remediation activities as required

  • Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned

  • Act as a designated deputy when required and appropriately qualified

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a GMP environment with a BSc degree (MSc candidates will not be considered)
    OR
    3+ years of experience in a GMP environment with an Associate Degree

  • Basic knowledge of GMP and/or GLP requirements

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar regulated industry is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable working with electronic systems such as ERP, EBR, and LIMS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality and compliance
