About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a dynamic team within a leading consumer dairy organisation. This role focuses on managing both branded and private label portfolios, ensuring smooth product lifecycle management and supporting commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage product portfolio for branded and private label products with a commercial perspective.
-Coordinate phase-in/phase-out plans, article creation, and artwork processes.
-Support or lead projects related to new recipes, packaging development, tenders, and portfolio optimisation (quality improvement, harmonisation, cost reduction).
-Prepare documentation and maintain system updates in line with internal governance.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, planning, R&D, QA, regulatory, and supply chain.
What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s or academic degree with 3–5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management or Private Label.
-Strong communication and networking skills in Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory).
-Hands-on approach with administrative tasks and system updates.
-Skilled in project and stakeholder management.
-Basic financial understanding; experience in supply chain or dairy market is a plus.
-Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.
-Experience with SAP, SAP PLM, PE1 is highly valued.
-Flexible, solution-oriented, proactive team player with a growth mindset.
