Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and losses.
- Supervise and monitor processes to operate within validated and regulatory limits.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Support change control processes and conduct product impact assessments.
- Perform Gemba walks and implement sustainable improvements in safety, quality, and reliability.
- Participate in Continuous Process Verification (CPV) activities.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in process engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (C1) and Dutch (A2).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
