About the Role
This position focuses on driving talent acquisition strategies across multiple European countries, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience. The role involves partnering with business and HR leaders, developing employer branding initiatives, and supporting diversity hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes for assigned European countries, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Educate hiring managers on recruitment processes and market trends.
- Source, brand, and recruit top talent.
- Assess candidate suitability and advise on hiring risks and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform hiring strategies.
- Meet key talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity goals).
- Extend competitive offers to candidates.
- Contribute to local and cluster-level talent acquisition projects.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and trends.
- Suggest process improvements for harmonisation and simplification.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a large, global matrix environment; in-house recruitment preferred.
- Experience in commercial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success in networking and closing complex offers.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media for recruitment.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, ATS, social media platforms).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Workday experience and international recruitment background preferred.
