Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our client’s team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will support drug product manufacturing processes, particularly in process engineering and technology transfers, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on process engineering activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Manage DSP (Drug Substance Production) operations and process engineering tasks.
- Lead and support technology transfer and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Work on-site approximately 3 to 4 days a week at the Leiden facility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in process engineering.
- Strong background in DSP (Drug Substance Production) operations.
- Knowledge of NPI and tech transfer processes.
- Engineering degree is required.
- Ability to work on-site 3-4 days a week.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- No freelancers or external contractors.
