Role Description
We are seeking an Customer Order Specialist to support customer operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order management, timely issue resolution, and strong collaboration with internal departments such as Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate data, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to process improvements across the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by managing customer requests professionally and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term value.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of procedures, quality documentation, and governance standards, identifying and addressing knowledge gaps proactively.
- Serve as the primary communication link with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
- Act as a reliable backup for multiple business units and support colleagues in resolving operational challenges.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to meet service goals and streamline collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and formal governance procedures.
- Verify and maintain accurate Customer Master Data in SAP to ensure correct invoicing, deliveries, and communication.
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and improvement of service-level KPIs.


Requirements
- College degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain roles.
- Strong IT capability, including SAP and MS Office proficiency.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Customer-focused attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop expertise in order-to-cash processes, quality standards, and business procedures.
- Understanding of the full OTC cycle (forecasting, order entry, planning, allocation, shipping, billing, credit management).
