Our client is a global biotech / pharmaceutical company conducting clinical trials worldwide. The Breda site executes clinical packaging and labelling to the highest quality standards.

Role overview
As a Clinical Labelling & Packaging Operator you will execute manual labelling, packaging and assembly activities for clinical trial products, following SOPs to ensure each patient receives a high-quality product. You will work in a compact, high-performing day-shift team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
- Execute clinical packaging and labelling activities according to SOPs and batch records.
- Perform batch-related logistics and ensure accurate documentation.
- Work in temperature-controlled environments when required (room temp and 2–8 °C cold room).
- Escalate deviations or issues and take ownership of tasks/results in own area.
- Complete required training according to the training plan and deadlines.
- Identify and suggest improvements to working processes.
- Support team performance, accuracy and compliance with GMP/GDP standards.

Requirements
- Experience in a manual packaging or production environment (pharma/GMP preferred).
- Quality and performance driven; strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and following SOPs.
- Good team player with clear communication and accountability.
- Willing to work day shift (08:00–16:30) in Breda.
- Basic computer skills; willingness to work with SAP/MES.
