Role Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support, improve, and maintain production processes within a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will be involved in implementing new projects, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality production performance.

Key Responsibilities
 - Write and update work instructions, maintain tooling/equipment, and support operators in daily production.
 - Lead structural problem-solving using PRs, 8D, and root-cause analysis methods.
 - Manage escalations for production issues, collaborating with development and technical teams.
 - Ensure minimum disturbances and maximum yield in partnership with team leads and troubleshooters.
 - Prepare and implement product changes through Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Modify Launched Design (MLD).
 - Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and execute process validation activities.
 - Perform DOA/MOA investigations and implement preventive actions.
 - Analyze product and process performance using Six Sigma/SPC tools and contribute to improvement projects.


Requirements
 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field).
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering within a high-tech environment.
 - Hands-on, accurate, and strong in documentation and process ownership.
 - Proactive, independent, and skilled in stakeholder management.
 - Knowledge of SAP (MES), Windchill, and basic OT/IT systems (preferred).
 - Understanding of ISO 9001/13485,FDA requirements, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and audit processes.
 - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with operators, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
