Role Overview
We are seeking a Associate Clinical Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end supply and procurement processes for some of the products supporting global clinical studies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of critical medicines for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
-Translate MRP Planned Orders into optimal global supply plans in collaboration with Clinical Product Setup Leads and Global Study Planners.
-Manage sourcing strategy for NAMP based on demand, availability, pricing, quality, and regulatory requirements.
-Execute procurement activities using SAP and Ariba; manage purchase requisitions and orders.
-Coordinate with vendors and contract manufacturers for labelling, packaging, and shipment of drug products.
-Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and collaborate with Global Trade Organisation.
-Maintain ERP master data, SKU creation, and cost updates; reconcile POs and invoices with Finance.
-Initiate and manage specification documents in PLM and Veeva Vault.
-Develop and maintain Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, and SharePoint sites.
-Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Operations, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Planning
-Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and document management systems (Veeva Vault, PLM).
-Experience in clinical supply chain or procurement of comparator/GMP materials.
-Strong analytical skills and knowledge of cost accounting.
-Familiarity with import/export processes for medicinal products.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-APICS, ISM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
