It specializes in the production of polypropylene, polyethylene, advanced polymers, and other chemicals used in a wide range of industries, including packaging, automotive, and construction.

Role Description
As Laboratory Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the laboratory team and ensure the highest standards of analysis and quality. Beyond operational management, you will play a key role in driving cultural change, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where team members feel valued and empowered to grow.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15 laboratory technicians and engineers.
- Drive team development and implement cultural change initiatives.
- Optimise work processes and maintain quality standards.
- Develop medium- and long-term plans for the laboratory.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Technical Services, and HSEQ departments.
- Report to senior management and contribute to strategic objectives.

Requirements
- Completed higher professional or university degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role within a laboratory environment.
- Proven expertise in change management and cultural transformation.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
