About the Role
The Global Mobility Advisor will manage international assignments, relocations, and cross-border employment processes. Acting as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, this role ensures compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations while providing exceptional support to employees and their families during their mobility journey.

Responsibilities
- Advise employees on relocation, immigration, and assignment processes.
- Provide guidance on housing, schooling, and cultural integration for assignees.
- Ensure compliance with global immigration, tax, and social security regulations.
- Partner with external vendors (immigration lawyers, relocation providers, tax advisors).
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to coordinate assignments.
- Manage end-to-end assignment lifecycle (pre-departure, on-assignment, repatriation).
- Prepare Net Assignment Salary Calculations and instruct payrolls.
- Make assignment cost estimates and track mobility metrics for reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or international HR.
- English fluency required; Dutch is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with relocation vendors and global mobility technology platforms is a plus.
