Role Description
Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing strategies and run RFI/RFP processes for indirect categories.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
- Ensure SAP data accuracy, contract compliance, and smooth transactional procurement.
- Conduct cost, supplier, and market analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs such as PPV, Working Capital, and category performance.
- Resolve procurement issues with stakeholders, PtP, and receiving teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and supplier management.
- Support risk mitigation and provide procurement insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Procurement (Indirect Procurement preferred).
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Ariba; Coupa is a plus).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
