Role Description
The Technical Maintenance Planner role is a position where you determine the scope, resources, materials, and planning needed to execute maintenance and technical work safely and efficiently. You coordinate closely with internal and external technicians and distribute tasks based on short- and long-term planning. You manage work permits, monitor progress of work orders, and adjust capacity when needed. You handle administrative tasks such as reviewing hours, materials, invoices, and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

- Define the scope, resources, materials, and timelines required for maintenance and technical work, ensuring safe execution.
- Coordinate and schedule tasks with internal and external technicians based on short- and long-term planning needs.
- Manage work permits and monitor progress of work orders, adjusting capacity and priorities when necessary.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reviewing hours, materials usage, invoices, and maintaining technical documentation.
- Identify recurring tasks and drive continuous improvement, contributing to standardized workflows and preventive maintenance planning.

Requirements
- Completed MBO Level 4 or HBO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar maintenance planning or technical coordination role within the process industry.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, WCOM, or Six Sigma, and experience with maintenance management systems like SAP, Ultimo, RCM, or TPM.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and technical procedures within the process or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both Dutch and English.
