Over de Rol
Als Productiemanager (5-ploegen) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een shift van circa 35 FTE en zorg je voor veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie. Je neemt het voortouw in verbeterprocessen, het coachen van operators en het oplossen van bottlenecks binnen jouw unit.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
• Leidinggeven aan +/- 35 operators in een 5-ploegendienst
• Realiseren van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productiedoelen
• Analyseren van bottlenecks en initiëren van verbeterprojecten
• Verantwoordelijk voor productiestappen van staal-inname tot eindproduct
• Unitverantwoordelijkheid (technische projecten, onderhoud, werkplekopleiden)
Kwalificaties & Vereisten
• HBO-opleiding of aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau
• 7+ jaar leidinggevende ervaring in productie
• Besluitvaardig, communicatief sterk en people-oriented
• Ervaring met Lean, WCOM of verbeterprogramma’s
• Nederlands vloeiend
• Bereidheid om volledig on-site in een 5-ploegendienst te werken
