About the Role
The QC Support Technician will provide essential support to QC teams across multiple departments, enabling them to focus on testing activities. This role involves administrative and technical assistance, contributing to the optimisation of quality control processes and offering opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage laboratory journals, logbooks, and archiving tasks.
- Assist in preparing release certificates and lab results.
- Provide practical technical support for QC testing.
- Collaborate with biological, microbiological, and chemical teams.
- Contribute to process improvement and optimisation of support tasks.
Requirements
- Completed laboratory education at MBO level (minimum level 4).
- Accuracy, quality focus, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dutch (technical writing).
- Experience in a quality system environment, preferably GMP.
