Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on Site Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale CAPEX projects across multiple production sites. In this role, you will drive the full construction lifecycle—from preparation and contractor coordination to commissioning—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to strict EHS and quality standards. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and plant operations teams to resolve technical issues, oversee on-site activities, and safeguard compliance. This position demands strong leadership, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex industrial environments with confidence and precision.

Responsibilities
 - Lead and coordinate the on-site construction phase of CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety rules, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to resolve technical challenges and support project milestones.
- Oversee site logistics, inspections, permitting, and overall construction readiness.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and KPIs; report updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Drive best practices in construction execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.
- Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time and within constraints.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, industrial equipment, and site regulations.
- Experience in food, chemical, or process-manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
- Availability for a 38-hour work week.
