Role Description
As you are responsible for coordinating communication between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and accurate forecasting. You proactively address issues, support sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships. With solid sales support experience and strong ERP/SAP and Excel skills, you help drive efficiency and commercial success in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers and internal teams (Logistics, Planning, Customer Service).
  • Support sales targets related to volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and high customer satisfaction with Sales and Account Managers.
  • Monitor forecasts, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Initiate and support commercial activities to strengthen sales performance.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication across customers, sales, and supply chain.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales support, commercial coordination, or a similar B2B role.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to act quickly and confidently.
  • Skilled in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • HBO-level education in Commercial Economics or related field.
  • Strong communicator, organised under pressure, and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Experience in customer support or sales coordination is preferred.
